Policies

• Please understand that the tutoring spot is NOT guaranteed until BOTH payment is made in full AND the contract is signed and returned to Mrs. Williams. 

• The payment of the tutoring package needs to be paid in full at least 72 hours before the first session. 

• Payment must be made with a credit/debit card through the Square link emailed by Mrs. Williams.
   

• If there is a no call /no show to any session there is NO refund. 

            -The time slot was allotted, and Mrs. Williams fulfilled preparation duties for that lesson. 

• If a session needs to be canceled, please do so 24 hours before the session time. 

•  If a session is canceled within 24 hours, the session will still count and it will be charged. 

• Busy Bee Tutoring expects that all activities performed during our sessions conform to a standard of personal integrity and honesty.
